It's understandable to have concerns about renting two way radios online. It's a little more involved than simply purchasing a product over the internet, so we understand that you may be hesitant. Don't worry! We've invested a lot of time and effort into making the process simple and easy. Here's how it works:
Choose your radios and accessories. Visit our Two Way Radio Rentals page and choose which radio you would like to rent. On the product page, select the dates you want to receive the radios and the date that you want to send them back. Enter the quantity needed and accept or deny the insurance option, and then click the Add To Cart button to add the product to your cart. If you need accessories as well, you can select compatible rental accessories from the main rental page, or from the radio product page itself. Repeat this process for each accessory that you would like to rent.
Confirm the prices and reserve the rental. Once you've added your rental products to the cart and you are ready to checkout, start by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page followed by the View Cart button. Here you will see the prices, quantities, dates, and insurance selections that you have made. If you need to make a change, simply remove the item from your cart and return to the rentals page and add it again with the appropriate options. If everything looks great, click Proceed to Checkout to lock in your reservation.
Sign and return the rental agreement. Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email with a link to our rental agreement. Sign this agreement and return it to us with a copy of your photo ID.
Wait on the radios to arrive. We'll ship the radios so that they are delivered on the date you've chosen as your arrival date. Products will ship by UPS ground, so there is no guaranteed delivery time. It is best to schedule the radios to arrive a day before you plan to use them!
Package the radios and send them back on the Return Date. Package the products securely in the original shipping container using the original packing materials. Seal the box using the included tape, and affix the included UPS return label over top of the original shipping label. Drop the package off at a UPS Store, UPS drop box, or hand it to a UPS driver. Be sure to get the package out before the UPS shipping cut-off time, or you will be charged for an extra day!
