Outstanding customer service. I purchased the antenna and the Customer Service asked what did I want it tuned to. Being new to GMRS I didn't know it needed to be tuned. Glad customer service was there. When I received it I first connected it to a Base station then to my repeater. Not a problem with either one. Thanks Customer Service for steering me in the right direction.
